Howard Gould BA(Hons)
Managing Director
Howard joined iSiS in 1989 as General Manager when the business was first formed. Under his direction a range of new products were launched and he established a worldwide network of Agents and Distributors. By 1999, when iSiS was sold to the Technor Group, he was Managing Director of the parent company, Beacon Controls Ltd.
In 2007 Howard rejoined Technor iSiS as Interim Managing Director and went on to lead the Management Buy Out in July 2009. He now serves as Managing Director.
John Holliss FCA
Finance Director
A Chartered Accountant with extensive industrial experience, John has been providing financial management and guidance to iSiS and its owners since its formation in 1989.
He was instrumental in the July 2009 Management Buy Out and subsequently joined the Board of Directors.

Tracy de'Vries BA (Hons)
Financial Controller
An experienced graduate financial controller, Tracy managed the finances of iSiS for eight years during the 1990s and brings considerable experience to the business.
In previous roles she has served as Head Office accountant for a £70 million hotel group and financial controller of a £4.5 million division of a foreign-owned electronics manufacturing company.
Iain Leadley
Authorised Person
With many years experience of Explosion Proof and Intrinsically Safe techniques, Iain joined iSiS in 2001 as the Authorised Person.
In this role he approves all product manufactured as compliant with the appropriate regulations and maintains contact with the Notified Bodies.
Darren Mann B.Eng (Hons)
Vice President of iSiS-Ex Inc
Darren Mann, Vice President of iSiS-Ex Inc. is based in the Houston office, where he supports the global sales partner network and manages key major accounts.
A graduate engineer, Darren is an expert in Ex methods, with in-depth knowledge of upstream and downstream oil and gas industries. As well as directing sales for the company over the last 2 years, he has been instrumental in developing iSiS-Ex’s innovative learning management software, which enables clients to carry out field maintenance on iSiS-Ex HMIs.
Chris Boyd
QA Manager
Chris joined the business in 2007 as Production Manager and following the 2009 MBO took over responsibility for Purchasing and Quality Assurance.
One of his first tasks was to complete the implementation of ISO9001:2008 certification which was awarded in July 2009 and oversee the DNV audit succesfully completed during 2010. As the business has grown, responsibilty for Purchasing has been removed, allowing Chris to focus on QA.
Graham Soper B.Eng
R&D Manager
A highly qualified and experienced graduate electronics engineer, Graham heads up the R&D team working on the next generation of products. He also assists Engineering Support to provide tailored product solutions for transfer to production.
Geoff Hitchen
Engineering Support Manager
A very experienced electronics engineer Geoff joined iSiS-Ex in 2008 and manages a team responsible for engineering customer-specific modified and fully certified product. Geoff's team also provides after-sales technical support to the customer base.
Angela Graham
Logistics & Sales Admin Manager
Angela has been involved with iSiS-Ex in a variety of roles since 1999. Having first worked in production she has considerable technical knowledge and, together with her team, brings a clear understanding of the needs of our customers to the business.

Lokendra Singh MSc BSc
Purchasing Manager
Lokendra joined iSiS-Ex in July 2010 having gained a Masters in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and is responsible for all purchasing and inventory.
Roy Huddart
Production Manager
Roy has nearly 40 years worth of electronic engineering experience and has been involved with iSiS-Ex since 1999, initially joining as a Production Engineer and playing a significant part in the development of the ISIS 450 Drillers Display.
He has since been appointed Production Manager and introduced a number of initiatives to improve production methods that continue to contribute to the growth of the company.
